TEXT OF THE ACTOR`S PROFILE

His name is Arjan Mene. After studying at Sami Frashwri High school in Tirana, he went to Paris where he spent many years studying contemporary arts and after he turned back in his old neighbourhood, in Tirana, he faced a completely forgotten reality.
He likes to read during his spare time and thinks about making a TV show, through which , although stucked in the typicall albanian bureaukracy , would realize his dreams . His family is a normal albanian family which has been obliged to live in all the possible economic conditions, and has been witness of various social changes, such as from monarchy to comunism and from comunism to democracy. After an extraordinary expérience abroad he expresses his opinion about his old neighbourhood in Tirana.

He wants that after getting out of his place, could find quiet , clean, organised and positive areas and people around his neighbourhood. And he is very persistent in this wish. It sounds like all he is pretending to find around , is everything he can find only in his home and a few places where he meets his friends. He is no more happy to get out of his home, exept the cases when he really has to. And maybe he is right, beause unfortunately all that is hard to find in this city is just some basic things such as fresh air. Some silence and some politeness .

He is right because is very desperating the view of those garbage hills that sorround the areas of his city, dropped by anyone and anywhere. That looks like the monuments in honour of an époque which has developed in the people the ability ruin every common property. The noise that does never quit, the clacsons that all the time remind you of the chaos in the Streets and in the parking areas, day and night. He is very irritated , because the way people park their cars Inside the area of his neighbourhood is unbearable. Blocking each other and extremely close. Blocking the ways to everybody that live there around and that have the right to go home, beacuse of the chaotic way of parking. He also expresses his anger about the stores that represent different business activities and that add chaos to chaos in his neighbourhood. He tells us about the high amount of dirty and noise that in a very disrespectful way is provoked by almost every one.

TEXT OF THE SCENARIO

He wakes up I a spring morning. He brushes his teeth , washes his face and starts to clean his shoes. Gets out of home, and goes to his motorcycle and switches it on. Then he rides to the coffee place where he has his daily coffee and than , back to his motorcycle .He goes o meet his friend for a discussion about his project. During the lunch time he meets a friend from his childhood , has a short conversation with him about what he has done during the night before and then he asks him about a phone number of a famous person. He is moving with his motorcycle from one Coffee place to anther and then he goes to meet his father and starts to talk with him about the facts of the day.
After this he goes and meets another friend with whom he has lunch and around 16.00 he goes home. He parks his motorcycle at the place he usually parks it and after switching it off he enters home.

After getting back home he goes to his room , thinking about what he has done during the day, thinking about his plans for the future and listening to radio France and to some electronic jazz.

Then he checks his horoscope and after a while he gets out again . But suddenly he faces a completely other reality from that where he was lost in his thoughts. He faces a big noise and an unsupportable chaos.
