PROFILE
Rei is a 38 years old man. He graduated in economic school for business management. He graduated with exelent results and after school he worked in a business center for two years. The next step of his life was to do a master In US for a year and to have a work experience in that place. After that he took a decision to come back in Albania and built his life in his nation. He came here with a different experience and confident with new ideas and a project for his life. He is fluent English, Italian, French.
Since he came in Albania he has been living in a rent apartment in the “Komuna e Parisit” area with his best friend. His first job was that of a manager in a company for a year and after that for sure was promoted and does 2 works at the same time. He works as a professor in the economy school and as a manager in a casino. After working double the monthly incomes increased, so he could buy an apartment and live alone.
Now he is 38 years old and he loves his life. Rei is very handsome. His favorite things are women and travelling. In his free time he loves to go for a run in fresh air, for example to the lake. He loves sports and he often goes out with his friends. Another hobby are animals and especially the dogs. He used to have a pit bull dog.
In a normal day he works for nine hours and afterwards he loves to ride his favorite BMW X5. Usually he wears brand formal suits to go at work. He considers creating his family in his forties when he will have fulfilled the professional aspect and his adventures. Now is 38 but he feels like 25 J. He prefers blonde women. When he’s working he is very serious and unfriendly but in the free time he is as friendly as much as possible. I want to compare him to a thunder, very energetic and with a flow of energy.
SCENARIO
The normal day program of Rei is like this: he wakes up at 7:00 am, has a shower, eat breakfast an then leaves home around 8:00 a.m. He has a coffee at a bar nearby work and drinks it fast. Now he is ready for work by 8:30. Until 5 a clock he is at work and on the move with his business. At 2 p.m. he has lunch with his colleagues or with his girlfriend.
1. UNMET NEEDS
Rei is generally pleased with his neighborhood and the community, but there is something he would like to have. He spends most of his time at the bars and cafes but he would like something more productive, more special, because he is the kind of man who likes to get use of every moment and every chance to learn something more. So, a place with books, ormagazinesor info exchanging would be very helpful and nice for him to go to.
2. SYMBOLIC CAPITALS
His apartment is a loft on the upper floor of a high building. He has this great view and everything he needs in his everyday life, but somehow something is not enough. When he lived abroad he used to live in a detached house. He had a small garden on the backyard, and used to wash his car every Sunday by himself. Maybe this is what his loft can provide him, the nature and the coziness of his small cute house. And the rent was so low in comparison with what he got, unlike his super fancy loft. He is very fond of the football field, because he even contributed in building it. Something different in this reality that we live in, is that he hates smoking and he thinks that people who smoke are slowly killing themselves.
3. MOTIVATIONS
His favorite path, where he spends his time after work and where he passes through to cut short to the lake is close to the are where he likes to run. Sometimes he just passes through the area, but once a week, usually on Saturdays he plays football with his friends nearby. When he goes home he has a shower and sleeps for an hour and later he spends the free time in different places, usually in the neighborhood and sometimes nearby the lake.
4. TRIGGERS
There is a car wash in his neighborhood and he uses that 3 times a week to wash his fancy car. Twice a week he has his car’s exterior washed for about 20 minutes and once a week, usually on weekends he has a complete inside-out wash that lasts about 30 minutes. Overall he spends 1 hour weekly at the car wash. While his car is being taken care of, he has a coffee. So he spends 450 L/week only on coffee. Sometimes he goes alone, but occasionally he meets neighborhood friends there. When he is alone he finds time to think for his work.
His favorite bar is at the corner. Rei spends a lot of his time there. He starts his day with a coffee there and usually he concludes his day in the same way. It is the place he uses more, after his home and work. On weekdays he goes there once or twice, has his meetings, grab a drink with his friends or his girlfriend. Approximately he spends about 7 hours per week and 2100 L/week.
